ENQUIRY STAGE – When you make your enquiry, if the date is confirmed, I will hold this date for you for 7 days pending receipt of your deposit.
PROVISIONAL BOOKING A provisional booking will hold your date for 7 days, after which a deposit is required in order to secure your date. If a deposit isn’t received then the date will be released and be available for other couples to book.
DEPOSIT – A non-refundable £175 booking fee is required to secure the date and time for your ceremony. At this point we will not book any other events on the day of your ceremony.
SCRIPT PAYMENT - A further non refundable payment of £300 is to be paid once the script is signed off.
PAYMENT OF BALANCE – Payment of the outstanding balance of £175 is due 8 weeks prior to the ceremony, unless the booking is made with less than 8 weeks to go. Then payment is required in full at this time.
If you do not provide information for us to write your script we will do our best to provide a lovely - all-be-it less personal - script for you. If we cannot secure approval from you for the script before the service, content will be at the celebrant’s discretion.
If you decide to change venue / date, we will do our level best to accommodate you.
MUSIC - You are to provide your own music in a format acceptable to the venue. You/the venue will be responsible for playing it on the day although we will liaise with whoever’s pushing the buttons to make sure they get the timing just right!
